What is your primary product or service?
Michal Crews Development builds and sells luxury real estate.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Many other builders charge extra for upgrades, but we include upscale amenities and appliances as standard features. Our customer service is also far superior than many large, corporate building companies.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are currently located in Escondido and build mainly in North San Diego County, but we also have partnerships in Arizona, Utah, Idaho, Texas and Washington.

Our Sales Office is located in the El Norte Park neighborhood at 1968 Drew Road,Escondido, CA 92027. From Interstate 15, exit on El Norte Parkway and head east approximately 3 miles. The El Norte Park neighborhood is on the left side of El Norte Pkwy at the intersection of Midway Dr.
Which areas do you service?
We offer new home sales, realty resales and commercial development with preferred mortgage and escrow professionals. We also have a custom home building division with in-house architects and engineers.
